Ram Ajjarapu
Chairman & CEO

Mr. Ajjarapu has extensive experience and knowledge within the Ethanol and Biodiesel industry including current developments and its competition. He most recently co-founded two 100-mgpy ethanol projects, including obtaining all necessary permitting and raising all of the debt and equity. In addition, he also negotiated the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts for both projects and set up procurement and off-take agreements for each site. He obtained Tax Increment Financing (TIF) of $10-million each along with securing sales tax refunds and community grants. He then sold the two projects (Wahoo and Sutton, both in Nebraska) to American Ethanol, Inc., which later announced its merger with a public shell. Mr. Ajjarapu has a B.S. is Electrical Engineering, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida. He has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of management, including sales, finance, and administration.

Eran Rotem

Mr. Rotem has over 12 years of experience in handling complex financial statements with public and private companies. For the last five years, he has been the CFO of Healthcare Technologies Ltd (HCTL), an Israeli public company listed on NASDAQ. In his capacity with HCTL, Mr. Rotem lead all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, as well as strategic planning, Mergers & Acquisition's and registration of shares with the SEC. Mr. Rotem previously worked at Ernst & Young in Israel. As a Senior Manager at E&Y, Mr. Rotem managed a team that provided services for a portfolio of various High Tech companies and was responsible, among others, for IPO's in NASDAQ and Tel Aviv stock exchange. He is himself a CPA and will join NexGen, at the time of its merger with HCTL.

Bruce W. Wilkinson, Esq.

Bruce W. Wilkinson, Esq. is a corporate lawyer and business consultant with experience providing corporate legal and business counsel to clients nationwide. Following an initial career as an in-house counsel, he established and ran his own consulting practice, concentrating on legal and business matters for corporate clients. In-house, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Stromberg Carlson, Vice President and General Counsel of Thorn EMI (U.S.), and, at United Technologies, as corporate counsel in several divisional capacities. His combined career as corporate counsel and independent consultant/entrepreneur has blended skills in corporate law, business and commercial transactions (including acquisitions) as well as other matters affecting the management and operation of his business clients. He holds a BA degree from Williams College, a law degree from Cornell University, and membership in the California, Illinois and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Mycka has over 25 years of project management consulting experience, and is a leader in the fields of Construction, Engineering, and Maintenance Management. He has worked on projects in the Manufacturing, Power, Process, Commercial, and Construction Industries, and has provided Project/Construction/Engineering Management services to BP-Amoco, CITGO, Exxon-Mobil, Sunoco, US Steel, Primary Energy, and ABC Rail, among others.
